John's 6th Grade Graduation

I didn't know graduation from 6th grade was such a big deal, but it sure is at Iolani School. He is a handsome boy . . . just like Dad (right?).

New House

The house is just down the hill (~ 1/2 a mile) from our old house.

Gimmie a Break !

This is Johnny on Tuesday (3/12/08) evening just before going to get an x-ray. The break is just above his right elbow, and he'll be out of commission for at least six weeks. Tripped up on some steps at school. Kinda funny that playing soccer when it can get so rough he never gets hurt. Walking around the schoolyard is more dangerous - I guess.

Our New House?

We have this house in escrow. We are just waiting to see if we'll get the loan from the bank. If so, we should close the deal at the end of March. It's just down the hill from where we are now, so we'd be staying in Manoa. The lot is about 10,500 sq. ft., and the interior nearly 2,600 sq.ft. I won't say here how much it costs, but boy, does that space sound good.

Three Recitals

All three kids did a violin recital today. They all did a great job, and did me proud.

Plus a second post on the same day. That's pretty good for me. =D
